Unable to Chat when playing Spades.

At the very bottom of the MSN Games Support link provided earlier you will see a link to Zone Webmaster. Use that link to contact MSN Games Support by Email.

Which browser are you using?

Have you tried clearing cache files or resetting the browser?

If after performing the above steps, you continue to have issues with the game, Take a screenshot of the Game and click the Feedback link at the bottom right of the game page to report the issue to Zone Webmaster. Be sure to include the screenshot with detailed instructions of Windows  version, browser version, etc..

Dear Smittychat.

                  Hi! I am un able to chat on the spades games? One day I can the next day I cant? Is there anything you can do to help? I use windows7 explorer verizon fios security? (Jimbojpc ) Smitty I do have two househld members who play and have the exact same issue. Thank you in Advance Jimmy

Hi,

1) Are you behind a router? Have you tried resetting the router?

2) IE > Have you tried using compatibility Settings 

  1. On the Tools menu, click Compatibility View settings.
  2. In the Compatibility View Settings window, enter the shortcut of the problem website in the Add this website box, and then click Add.
  3. Click Close.

3) Have you tried temporarily disabling Fios to determine if it is interfering with the game?

4) Right click on Network Icon > Select Troubleshoot Problems

5 ) Is Flash up-to-date?
