At the very bottom of the MSN Games Support link provided earlier you will see a link to Zone Webmaster. Use that link to contact MSN Games Support by Email.

Which browser are you using?
Have you tried clearing cache files or resetting the browser?
If after performing the above steps, you continue to have issues with the game, Take a screenshot of the Game and click the Feedback link at the bottom right of the game page to report the issue to Zone Webmaster. Be sure to include the screenshot with detailed instructions of Windows version, browser version, etc..
