Unable to access my old msn email account

Im rying to access my old msn email but im geting error that acoount doesn't exist.. I tried recreating but it wont allow me to use @msn.com..

Microsoft is only creating new email addresses in the Hotmail.com & Outlook.com domains.  If your account was marked as inactive and deleted you will not be able to create a new account in any other domain

Hi Maralyn,

If you did not access the account within 365 days, the account will be deleted permanently in the system due to inactivity. You may refer to this Microsoft article and see section 4(a)(ii) for more information.
