Lost Money Watchlist, how to get it back?

My question has not been answered.

My watchlist presently has no stocks listed.

I was able to review them for the last couple of months and one day

when I signed in to my watchkist they were gone.

What happened to 30 stocks.

Hi Joseph, we are looking into this. I'll post here once I have an update. Sorry, I don't have any information for you at this time or debugging steps.

No my question has not been solved.

On another note, when windows starts I get a locked screen with picture. Can't disable it.

I move the locked screen up to sign in with password but the only way I cane sign in is with the on screen keyboard.

My mouse and keyboard only works after my password is entered and windows brings me to my desktop.

Any resolve.

What is the Windows operating system?

We have a dedicated Windows Forum when you need help.

Select the correct OS then Topic from the dropdown menu on left.

Log into Windows. 

Once you've logged in, press Winkey + R to open Run box

Type Control userpasswords2 > Press Ok

Uncheck Users must enter a User Name and Password to use this computer

Click Apply

Type in your Password

Confirm your Password

Click Ok, Apply, OK

You should now be able to use Windows without being required to log in.

Hi Nranjan, did you actually read Josephs post?

He is asking why the 30 Watchlist entries that he has already made, have suddenly disappeared.  Do the pages you have referred him to give the answer?

I have the same problem, in fact, Microsoft Money will now not retain any items that I enter into Watchlist.

I understand your concern and apologize for any miscommunication in the previous response.

Have you recently imported any data from the Classic MSN to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio?

If so and the mentioned entries have disappeared, then I would suggest you to try the following steps (Courtesy: Adriana_F) and check if the issue persists.

1. Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports.
2. Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist.
3. Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to the above steps if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Thanks for your response.

No, I have not imported my Watchlist from any other source. I have never had a Watchlist in MSN.com. My list has been built solely within Microsoft Money.

Even now, if I add an item to my Money Watchlist, within minutes, it will have disappeared again.

If I understand you correctly, you are referring to the old Microsoft Money software, correct?

Microsoft Money has been discontinued since 2009 and has not been supported since 2011.
