End of Zune and podcasts

I, too, am one of the hardcore Zune loyalists.  I gather I am about to lose the capacity to listen to the music I've been listening to for lo these many years, save for the songs I have purchased.   The music I have downloaded with the Zune pass will go away.  Further, I gather there is no way I can get music on to the zune because the Zune site will go away?  Let's assume this is all true.  It's actually not my question--I'm just coming to terms with it.  

Here's the question:  

I also use my Zune to listen to podcasts.  I get the podcasts via the Zune marketplace or I input addresses directly, but still through the Zune software.   I don't see that Groove music includes any podcasts.   So does this mean that Zune will not be a useful device on which to listen to podcasts?  Will there be any way to get new podcasts into my Zune?

You can still subscribe to podcasts via the Zune desktop software and the podcasts will be downloaded to your computer and you can still sync them to your Zune player....Even after the Zune marketplace is shut down....If you want to ADD new podcasts to your set of podcast subscriptions you'll probably need to find the proper podcast address on your own, but then you can manually create the subscription within the Zune desktop software.

Any Zune subscribed music will remain on your computer and zune players until you delete it, which you will want to do as soon as it stops playing (this will happen within a month since the DRM rights for the music won't be renewed).

You can still use the Zune desktop software to sync your personal music collection to your Zune player (this is any music you have purchased or ripped from CDs that does not have any DRM encryption).
