It takes on average 5 minutes for Zune to respond to every search or selection making it very difficult to use. It only slowed down a couple of weeks ago. Is the fix being scheduled and will there be a refund for a months music pass for every month that it is not working. We should not be paying for something that doesn't work as it should.
Reinstalling Zune software does not work. It is just access to the Zune server that is extremely slow. It worked fine for everyone until recently. Seems the number of people reporting this problem is growing. Downloads and streaming work fine.
