Windows 10 do not play video file

  Hi, I'm having a problem with the Windows 10 video player. It can't play any video format. I tried playing mp4 video but it reported an error even though this file is very normal. This is a screenshot:

Hi,

As the explanation suggests, Movies app does not support the video file.
Does it say the same in an OSS, like VLC media player?
