Movies and TV

I use Movies and TV to watch a couple TV shows, including Ghost Adventures. I purchased the Season Pass for each season they have. They JUST released a new episode, a couple days ago. When I checked MandTV app, it said it added the episode. I try to watch it, and it says it's not available anymore. I've never encountered this, before. What would cause this?

Is it only this one episode having this issue? Have you tried to reset the Movies and TV app yet?

Start - Settings - Apps - Movies and TV - click on it, and then choose advanced options.

Next, click terminate, and reset. Once done, reboot, and launch the app again. See if you can watch that episode.

Select it
Click Advanced options
Click Reset

Restart

Check the Store for updates

I would also check to make sure the latest updates for Windows 10 have been installed.

Yes, just this one episode. I did try uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it. Didn't work. I'm on an Xbox One, not a PC. I can't find a reset option.

Resetting won't fix anything, this is a problem on our end.  Thanks for the info, I'm looking to see if I can figure out what the problem is.  I'll reply again when I've verified it's working correctly.

I’m feeling like this will only be a temporary issue, and the issue will sooner or later be available. I understand that’s not a great answer right now, I just don’t think there is a fix at the moment.

We can however reach out to Xbox support, and MS directly to see if that have any answers.
