cannot Play Video in Movies and Tv in Windows 10 err code 0xc00d36cb

When I play video in movies and TV this message comes in front of the screen
Try these and see if it will help.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
Scroll down, select Video Playback
Click Run the troubleshooter

When complete, restart then check if its working again.

If not..

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features
Scroll down to Movies and TV
Select it
Click Advanced options
Click Reset

Restart

Check the Store for updates

I also recommend using other video playback app like VLC if you like.

also that error code has something to do with movies & TV app having problem playing .MKV video files. thought I'm not sure if that was. your case. try using VLC

Yeah it was in mkv
