HI,ShirrshSrivastava

Kindly try these basic steps that I will provide to you

1) Open Run from Start. Type “regedit” and click Enter.

2) In Registry Editor, locate this path: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

3) Right click Identity key and select New > DWORD.

4) Type the name for this key: EnableADAL

5) Double click it and set the value to 0.

6) Restart computer.

2nd options

UNINSTALL AND DELETE CACHE AND OTHER FILES

*Exit Teams completely so that it is not running in the background or even in the System Tray. You can right-click and exit from there or press Ctrl+Shift+Esc shortcut to open Task Manager and kill Teams task from there.

*Uninstall the app from the Control Panel or use a third-party app.

*Press Windows key+E shortcut to open File Explorer and paste this location in the address bar:

%appdata%\Microsoft\teams

*In the window that pops up, you will find that you need to delete before restarting Teams again.

-Delete all files in Application Cache > Cache
-Delete all files in blob_storage, Cache, databases, GPUCache, IndexedDB, Local
Storage, and tmp folders.

After that restart the PC

Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

Hi @ShirrshSrivastava

I had the same issue today. I tried many things, but lastly uninstalling the app and re-installing it fixed the issue.

Hope it helps.
