Teams on desktop not loading. Error code caa30194.

I cannot log into teams on desktop (internet client works fine.) When I type in my email address and sign in, I am greeted with a prompt that says

"We can't connect you...

Looks like we can't connect to one of our services right now. Please try again later, or contact your helpdesk if the issue persists.

HTTP 404

login.microsoftonline.com"

The error code is caa30194

I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the client, but the issue still persists.

Yes I can log on using web browsers. I am only having this problem with my desktop client.

You're #2 I've seen with the issue - it seems like it's a problem with the service. A subset of North American users had issues joining meeting - but that is the only incident reported.

Anyone else still experiencing this issue ? Its September now. 

User is unable to access MS Team as well as MS outlook via the clients

I had the same login issue with MS Team desktop client.

The only solution for me is to run it in compatibility mode:

- right click MS Teams app icon and open the 'Properties' window.

- under 'Compatibility' tab, check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select Windows 8

- click Apply and Click OK

Thanks for this information however the issue was not only MS Teams. 

No MS apps (Edge, IE, MS Office) could access the internet. I ended up perform a Windows 10 Refresh.

I had a friend who successfully addressed the issue by switching to Win 8 compatibility (as above).  Running the app.  And then he switched it back to Win 10 mode.  It is now working.  Humm...
