Teams call notification not showing

This is very annoying,

The notification pop up that should appear on the bottom rigth corner of the screen is not showing using windows desktop app.

I deleted all content %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and reinstall de app but after a couple of hours same issue again.

I have the focus assist off so it should not block any notifications.

can you tell me how to fix this?

Teams version: You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.30866 (64-bit). It was last updated on 11/23/20.

Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm assuming you are referring to the pop-up window as shown in the screenshot below. The Window only shows up if you are on the call.

Are you on a call at the moment? If not then please try to make a call and see how it goes.

no that not the pop up I'm talking about.

I'm referring to the notification on incoming call (audio/video) I don't get that.

I have to scroll down my contacts to check who is calling which is annoying.

Thank you

Hi repe,

Sorry about that. Please are you referring to this type of notification shown on the screen shot below?

If so, I noticed that some users have already reported related issue to the Product team at https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/ which you can add your vote to if you wish. For example look at these two reports below:

In the meantime, could you try installing an older version if available as a workaround till a fix is sorted?

Hope this helps,

Regards

I've tested this issue on my end multiple times.

The only notification pop-up that should appear on the bottom right corner of the screen is what I've shown you on the screenshot above.

MS Team doesn't have other pop-up notifications other than what I've shown on the screenshot above.

I'm refering to the one shown by @Mr. Trust A.,

@DanielTech that looks like another pop up notification to me but I may be wrong.

I didn't share a screen because that is the issue it doesn't appear to me.

Thank you Mr. Trust A., I will upvote there and wait for a fix
