I accidentally signed up to Teams with two accounts. I want to delete both accounts so that I can start again. How can I do this?
One of them is linked to my Microsoft 365. Not sure if this will be affected.

Hi YMTan,
May I confirm with you if you are using Teams for free? If I misunderstood anything, please correct me. Thanks.
If so you can try steps in this official article: Delete your Teams free organization.
Hope above information helps. Let us know if you need any confusion.

Grace

Thank you for following up, Grace. I must say this is totally confusing. I don't know what I have, Teams for free, corporate or what. It seems like it is going round and round the circle. I wish there is someone I can talk to, who can help me delete both my accounts. I would like to start afresh.

Hi YMTan,
Teams for free is associate with your personal email, for instance, Outlook.com, gmail.com.
Teams paid version is associate with your Office 365 account, if you would like to delete these kinds of Teams account, you should contact admin to remove your Teams license in Office 365 admin center.
Since here we are Office 365 for business online service forum support engineers, so we do not have phone support facilities in the area. But we would love to help you in the forum. Also, we do not have proper rights to delete account for customers. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Grace
