Teams problem with both personal and business using the same email address:

I set up Teams with my private home email address and I made the mistake of calling it my work address. I also set up a personal Teams account with the same address. Now when I try to sign into teams it says I have two accounts with the same email address. Both accounts are using my personal email address which is also my Microsoft account email address. I do not want to change my Microsoft account, email address or password. I just want both these Teams accounts deleted so I can start over. Neither account will let me sign in to Teams. 

Teams will not let me sign in to either account and suggest I use a different email address. BTW, It would not let me use a different email address.

Also I have uninstalled Teams and reinstalled hoping it would let me start fresh but somewhere it retains my blunders and will not let me start over.

Please help me delete my blunders and start over. I just want both Teams starting fresh and I will use the same Microsoft account I have always used but will not set it up as business.

If you follow the steps at are you able to log in to the admin panel and delete everything?
