Using Teams in a small private language school

Hello there.. We would like to use teams as a small private language school located in Turkey.

We tried its educational free version, but the Teams Admin center only allowed us 25 users. We need to add at least 50 students.

We also would like the teams version that provides the "classroom experience" -- that is, option to enter homeworks, schedule recurrent meetings, and the chat Channels.

So, which version do we need and which license do we need for this?
