Updating Microsoft Teams

I cannot update to the latest Microsoft Teams. The new Teams has different meeting UI, while the version which I have has an old UI. And when I check for updates in the application, it shows that the application is on the latest version. Please help ASAP!

Hi, I am an independent adviser and would like to help you resolve your issue.

If updating is not available then you can try to download latest version of ms teams from Microsoft's official website and replace it with the old one you can use the below link to download the ms teams app.

yes try with new installation if there's any issue in the old version which is installed in your pc then it can be removed. Make sure to take backup of files if there any.

may i know which device are you using mac or windows and also your os version ? if possible can you please provide me with screenshot of the UI,and have you tried login in to your teams account from web browser? if not give it a try

I am using Windows 10 1903 OS Build 18362.900. I tried the same in the web browser, but same UI is coming.

as you said in web browser too your viewing same ui ,and also from screenshot i can see is that its latest one ,are you talking about dark mode ? can you please upload screenshot of other ui

This one.   I have seen videos of Teams by Microsoft, where this UI was present.

actually that't not a ui ,its an new feature introduces by teams ,where you can see upto 9 people during meetings
