From your description, can I know if you mean the
Reports feature in Office 365
Admin Center please? Please see:
If so, please go to
Users > Active Users > select your account to double-confirm if you have turned on the
Microsoft Teams license? If so, please turn it off and then turn it on to check it.
Meanwhile, if issue persists, you can try to another browser to exclude the browser cause this issue. About the "time frame", please provide us more information to better understand it.
