Hi JSharmaES,

My name is Didi. I'm happy to help you today.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Many users have reported this error recently. It might be a bug. Could the affected users try clearing the Teams cache using the instructions outlined in the link and see if there's any difference?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

Please also confirm if they're using the Teams for work/school version on their device to access your organization. If they don't have the version installed yet, they may download it https://aka.ms/GetTeams or copy the invitation link from their email, paste it on an Incognito or InPrivate Chrome or Edge browser, and log in to https://teams.microsoft.com/

For your admin email address, sign in to https://portal.azure.com/#home, then, hover your mouse on your profile photo to copy the domain name. Add 'admin@' to the domain name and try resetting the password using that new admin email address (similar to the screenshot you've shared).

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
Didi
