transcribing a meeting recording

Thank you for raising your concern in this community,

The Microsoft  Teams recorded meetings can be stored in SharePoint, streams, or OneDrive.

You will be able to access your meeting recording from where the meeting was held.

You may use the following steps to do so:

• Please go to the meeting chat, you should be able to see the meeting recorded.

• Click more options ( the 3 dotes), you will have the options to open the meeting in one of those location.

And from there you will be able to download it, this link can serve you as reference. Play and share a meeting recording in Teams - Office Support (microsoft.com)

After downloading the recording, you can use word on the do transcribe it, as explained in this link Transcribe your recordings - Word (microsoft.com).

Addition: there is there is feature that you might like if don't already know about it. Use live captions in a Teams meeting - Office Support (microsoft.com)
