Here are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the low volume issue in Microsoft Teams:
Go to your profile picture at the top of Teams, then select Settings > Devices > Ensure the correct microphone is selected and try to Make a test call to check if no issue .
Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select Sounds > Go to the Recording tab, select your microphone, and click Properties > Under the Levels tab, make sure the microphone volume is set to 100%.
In the same Properties window, go to the Enhancements tab and check the box for Disable all enhancements.
In the Sounds window, go to the Communications tab > Select Do nothing to prevent Windows from automatically adjusting the volume during calls.
Reset the Microsoft Teams app as in Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn.
Try using the Teams web app (https://teams.microsoft.com) to see if the issue is specific to the desktop app.
