Teams video not working in meeting/calls

Hi,

While in a Teams meeting or video call, others can't see my video even if it is turned on. I can see my video in the preview but others can't see my video. I have checked that windows camera was working fine and also Teams web was working fine.

- I can see my video in Settings preview.

- I have cleared the Teams app cache.

- I have re-installed the Teams app.

- I have checked the windows camera privacy settings.

- I have checked that the camera driver was also updated.

- I have checked that teams app is of the latest version.

Please let me know the reason and fix for this issue.

Also, to narrow down the issue, try to access the Web app instead the Desktop
Open incognito mode from your browser and paste the following address:
https://teams.microsoft.com

Check if there is any difference

Another common reason is that you have some other software running that is using your webcam or holding it so Teams can't use it. If you have Skype, Zoom, Snap Camera or something else running on your computer try to turn off that application and try again.

Hello,

This works fine with a web browser, also in incognito mode. Only the issue is with the local app.

Also checked that there is no other Software running that is using webcam.

My issue is I can see the other person, my video screen is turned on (seen as white on my screen to her, can hear as well) but the other person can not see me ,he can hear me.
