Teams Tabs - Stream Channel Not Saving

We have student support sessions taking place via Teams meetings on a roughly weekly basis. While not the biggest issue in the world, I would like to make use of the tabs function in one of our channels. However, when I copy the URL for the channel into the add Stream tab dialogue box, I get the error "We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again.", which I have several dozen times over the past month.

Unfortunately, this is not an issue which I have really seen anywhere else, with no luck coming from my own attempts at troubleshooting.

I have a license through my university that I work for as administrator, with fairly broad admin privileges (so I do not believe that is the issue...).

Thank you for your update.

Based on your mentioned reply. Generally, we can add Streams video as a tab into different teams groups and team channel. We can copy and paste URL link of Steams videos from the Microsoft streams into different teams and team channel as streams video tab.

Here is the screenshot for the reference:

In Teams > select team and channel > click on (+)add button > select Streams> Now, click on Video option > select and copy URL link of stream videos from MS Streams> paste it into Teams > click on Save.
