Teams Rooms - Multi Camera Setup

I was looking into using an existing Rally Bar for a Teams Rooms setup. My goal would be to have both cameras working simultaneously (One for the people and one for the whiteboard content). Is this possible and can users focus on One or Both cameras at the same time?

Hello Nikolas D, I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself. Yes, it is possible to use multiple cameras simultaneously in a Teams Rooms setup with a Rally Bar. Logitech’s Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini have a feature called RightSight. This feature creates a more inclusive meeting experience by displaying two views on the Teams meeting screen: one of the active speaker, and another that captures everyone in the room. As the conversation shifts to a different speaker, so does the camera. However, please note that while the Rally Bar can support multiple views, it may not be possible for users to manually focus on one or both cameras at the same time. The camera focus is typically managed by the system to automatically adjust based on the active speaker. Best Regards, Shalom

If the main camera is a Rally Bar, does the content camera need to be a Rally Bar as well or is a standard webcam with a wide angle lens able to be used?

If the main camera is a Rally Bar, the content camera does not necessarily need to be a Rally Bar as well. Logitech’s Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini have a feature called RightSight, which creates a more inclusive meeting experience by displaying two views on the Teams meeting screen. You can use a standard webcam with a wide-angle lens as a content camera in a Teams Rooms setup with a Rally Bar. The system will automatically adjust the focus based on the active speaker.
