Teams guest tenet login issues

Hello,

One user in our organization is stuck in a login loop associated with Teams and a guest tenet.

Teams and all other apps operate fine within our organization, but when the user attempts to switch to another tenet (as a guest), he receives an error saying his account is at risk, and forced to change password.... endless loop of this....

How can this be addressed?

As per your mentioned description, can we re-confirm from your side that which Teams client you are using?

We suppose that you have seen this different behavior on Teams desktop client, if yes, please open Teams web app via InPrivate or Incognito mode in related browsers and try to identify that if you can sign into guest tenant team or not.

Meanwhile, at once we would like to suggest you please request to guest tenant organization's admin that remove you and add you again after couple of hours in this affected guest team organization from their side and first try to join again the guest team from web browsers and see the result outcome. Please let us feel free to know updated information result and error message screenshot so we can further provide you information accordingly.
