Teams FQDNs

Hi,

We´ve configured Direct Routing with Teams using an AudioCodes SBC; for some reason we see status "OFFLINE" for all IPs that resolve the TEAMS FQDNs (sip.pstnhub.microsoft.com; sip2.pstnhub.microsoft.com, sip3.pstnhub.microsoft.com).

 is there some issue identified (from Microsoft side) about FQDNs resolution for TEAMS? In some short period of time during the day we saw the status ONLINE for one of the IPs, but then it went OFFLINE again.

Sorry is this is not the right place to asked, but I cant find a topic related with Teams, I also have a ticket in my O365 portal about another issue with Teams, but the following has been really slow.

Hello Alvin M,

I did a lot of researches but haven’t found that any known issues in official documents that about FQDNs resolution for TEAMS. Given your situation, it seems AudioCodes SBC failed to successfully connect to Teams. Based on my knowledge, there are many prerequisites to deploy Direct Routing, please kindly make sure you have met the following requirements:

Since the connection steps are configured on AudioCodes SBC side, we suggest you double check whether there are any steps (such as Certificates, SIP Interface, etc.) errors. If the problem persists, to help you get more professional help, we recommend you contact AudioCodes SBC support at the same time to troubleshoot the connection process.

Meanwhile, I will keep monitoring this thread and if there are any community members reported the same problem as you, we will start our investigation process to check if the problem is related to Microsoft Teams side and will let you know the outcome.
