My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products, I will be more than happy to help you.

Please refer to this article if your audio device is experiencing echo:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/your...

As an alternative, you can also use MS Team online https://teams.microsoft.com please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers and see how it goes.

Kind Regards

I wonder whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:
1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
3. The try to log in.

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

Kind Regards

Let me explain hardship faced .....

During ongoing Teams meeting a participant named as "Team Echo" enters meeting and repeatedly says .....

"'to test call quality, record a short message after beep and it would be payed back to you'. If you are happy with your recorded message, you have configured your teams correctly, if not, check your device settings and try again'"

.......  This causes lot of disturbance in meetings.

Whats remedy for this issue?

Exactly. This was happening for me too.

But,I've found how it is happening

1.A trickster in the meeting has a computer or laptop client of Microsoft Teams(NOT the web version..).

2.when the meeting is going on,he might call "Teams echo" in the invite participant tab, even while he is an atendee.

3.This calls the teams echo inside the meeting.

4.I have tried this and it is working!!!!

Are you from Vaasavi International school class 9?

No

This was regarding usage of Microsoft Teams used by Vibgyor school in Mumbai, where a participant named as Teams Echo enters and messes up with session.

Found a solution now.

Step 1: When teams echo is inside the meeting, Don't remove it. Just click mute all button and that's it.

It will not cry if it is again entering the meeting (It may show that Unknown user or Teams Echo is inside the meeting and will go after some time. It will just be in mute.....)

Therefore, Issues solved.

Note : This solution is temporary, you should do this for every day/classes depending upon this issue.
