Teams Causes BSOD

I've just upgraded my (rather elderly) laptop from W10 1909 pro to W10 2004 pro.

All works fine except when I do a call on Team. As soon as I make the call I get a BSOD.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks

Hello NAWBUS, my name is Farah and I'm an Independent Adviser. I can help you regarding this problem

this is strange, there are no known issues with Teams in the build 2004, it could be that you have rather an old display adapter driver, which conflict with Teams.

Try please the following:
in Teams click on settings, then go to devices,
there you can disable Hardware acceleration, close teams completely and restart your computer.

Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes.

Cheers!
Farah
