Based on your description, I understand your Teams calendar fails to load with the error message saying "Something went wrong, let's try again" and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to your work!
As per your description, the issue does not affect Outlook calendar service and seems to follow the account on that computer. So may I please double-confirm whether you have attempted to switch to another device/network or use InPrivate mode/window and sign into Teams on the web?
If it still doesn't work, since the issue seems to follow the account and is with Teams online as well, it could be related to backend service issue. In that case, please kindly generate a service request and escalate this issue to our online support as an administrator through the Microsoft 365 admin center.
