Teams Admin Center - Unable to Add Channel

Hi, 

Unable to add channel to Teams which I am owner and which i am not as well using Teams Admin Center. Users and I as owner can add on Teams App no problem.

Hello GOST1892,

 

Regarding your issue, since issue occurs with multiple user in your organization, so suggest you kindly provide us .web logs via the Private Message, so we can help to check further.

 

  • Open any web browser (please clear browser’s cache before performing this test) and press F12 key and select Network tab. 
  • Now login to Teams admin center and reproduced the issue.
  • Once issue reproduced, export the result (use drop down arrow, as highlighted in the below screenshot) and save in .har file.
