Sharing only black screen in MS Teams Desktop

I found this issue many times here already, but not such scenario, which I'm facing:

What does not work:

- Calling to my colleague, then press share screen - my colleague see only black screen.

- Calling to my colleague, press share screen and choose only one ap - my colleague see only black screen.

What does work:

Sharing screen from web app.

Sharing screen firstly from MS Teams Desktop app, then click unmute.

Any idea, what could be wrong with my settings? I tried to reinstall the Desktop App, didnt help. Restarted my laptop - didnt help. I have Macbook Pro.

Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products, I will be more than happy to help you.

I've seen this similar issue previously, sounds like an intermittent issue. Could you please follow these steps reset the MS Team app:

1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
2. Delete files in the following folders.
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”
3. Restart Microsoft Teams.

Kind Regards,

Hi

I am experiencing the same problem since updating to MacOS BigSur and, unfortunately, non of the provided solutions worked. As an educator I heavily rely on screen sharing, so I would much appreciate help on this.

Many thanks
