I have a few users inside of my env that are experiencing an issue where they are unable to share their "Screen #2". Whenever they try to share "Screen #2", it shares "Screen #1" instead. User is within a Citrix VDI env. VDI is extended to both monitors. Both monitors show up as options when trying to share. Whenever the user(s) uses Teams Online via web access, there is no issue. They can share screen just fine. Most users are NOT experiencing this, which makes me think it is user profile related, but I reset the users O365 profile, and this did not fix the issue. Any ideas?
