PS3 eye camera is not recognized by Microsoft Teams

It does not recognize my PS3 eye camera during calls. I have a driver and use manycam

First, please try checking that the camera is properly hooked up, and try to reboot your computer/device.

If the problem persists, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Skype.

Having the same issue, Skype can see and use the camera without issue, however Teams 'sees' it but is completely black, and the camera app doesn't even see it!

I just discovered a workaround for this problem.

You need to install OBS studio (the 32 bits version, ps3 eye is not recognized if you use the 64 bits version).

The you have to install the plugin OBS-VirtualCam.

In OBS studio add you cam as a capture device, you can resize or move it around, then go to tools>virtual cam> start.

Now restart MS Teams, then go to devices and select OBS virtual cam as your Camera device.

Hello, i have same issue, but i use windows 7 32 bits. Web cam is ok.

actually, cl eye driver works but the problem is microsoft teams doesn't support it but zoom does, and if it still doesn't work on zoom Mabey you didn't run it as admin on your computer.
