Outlook & Teams calendar not syncing

Hi there, I have a subscription to M365 Family and cannot get my outlook & teams calendars to sync - I have deleted the cache and restarted and still not working - can you assist thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues syncing your Outlook and Teams calendar. First, let's make sure that the user's Teams app cache files are not corrupted. Please follow the steps below according to your operating system.

Clear Teams cache in Windows
If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.
Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.
In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.
Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
Restart Teams.

Clear Teams cache in macOS
If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the dock, and then select Quit, or press Command (⌘)-Q.
In the Finder, open the /Applications/Utilities folder, and then double-click Terminal.
Enter the following command, and then press Return:
rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams
Restart Teams.

ok I set up an appt in teams but its not showing in outlook

Please check if Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in is properly installed. In Microsoft Outlook, Click File > Options > Add-ins.

In Microsoft Add-ins, Click “Go” to verify if Teams Meetings Add-in is installed, make sure it is selected.
