No sound on ipad using MS Teams

I am using MS Teams on my iPad.  I am in the meeting, I can see others and they can see me.  They can hear me too but I can't hear them.  The sound is turned right up on my iPad.  Why can't I hear them??

Log out from your account > uninstall MS Team app > Restart your phone > Please go to App store > Reinstall MS Team app

Hi was womdering if there is my other fixes for this, i can play teams video and volume is ok on iphone and android phone but i have no volume on ipad 7,

i have unistslled an re installed, checked microphone settings and set it to clear data, tried switching on and off but no volume.

really need this for my kids home work so not great!!
