My FaceTime HD Camera (the internal camera on my Mac) is laggy and slow during Microsoft Teams video calls. My internet connection is stable, and I do not have issues on other video sharing platforms like Slack or Viber. Also I tried using Teams on web and camera works fine. How can I fix this? Thanks

Check the Teams video settings and ensure you've selected the highest resolution possible (usually 720p).

Regarding that part of your response, I have Teams Version 24165.1406.2974.9471, and when I open the Teams settings, there is no "Change resolution" option in Video Settings. I have already tried most of your other suggestions:

  • macOS and Teams version are updated to the latest.

  • Tried reinstalling Teams.

  • Reset video permissions for Teams.

  • Try to connect to other external cam that has lower resolution

Nothing helps so far.
