MS Teams - Webinar Registration Issue

I have set up a webinar which is set to run next week. It had a registration requirement which was working fine. I could log in and see who registered.

This morning I want to check on registrations and for some reason the webinar is showing that it was started yesterday for less than a minute with zero participants. When I click on the registration button, I now get an attendance report (which has no names listed).

I tested and it is still possible to register.

I need to be able to see how many people have registered to ensure I have the right staff for the event.

How can I see registrations at this point?

Sorry to hear about this issue. When you open the webinar event on your calendar > Attendance, do you see a report that has a 'Registered' status similar to the photo I attached below?

If you do, you may click on 'Registered' or anywhere on that row to see the name, email, and registration time of the user who signed up.

Hello Ryan,

Thank you for sending a screenshot, if the webinar allows registration for everyone, could you try registering for testing purposes and see if it will appear on the report?

Or, you may check if the issue also occurs in the web app. Using Chrome or Edge browser, please sign in to https://teams.microsoft.com/ and see if there's any difference.

I want to be clear, I used to be able to see the registrants. it was not until the webinar indicated that it had started for 28 second (no participants) that the registrations could no longer been seen.

I logged into the web version but same thing shows as above.

I was able to register a test case but no names showed up on the registration.

I see. Thank you for the reply. Could you try asking your IT admin to log a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center so this issue can be investigated by a Microsoft 365 support engineer?

Sometimes this happens when someone joins the meeting early to "test". Try going to that webinar in teams and look at the CHAT tab and see if there are multiple instances of the registration/attendance report, one of those should have what you need.

I encountered the exact same issue this morning. Were you able to get the list back or did you just have to rely on downloading the spreadsheets.
