Actually the issue is like, if any user messages and at the same time if we View/Read messages.

Even though after 1Hr or after a particular interval of time,

It will trigger mail and mentioning that you haven't read the Chat or Messages.

I need the Notifications, but the information should be accurate.

For that issue is there is any Soultion or Workaround is possible

Hello Afeef_Alishan,

My name is Joanna, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

With regards to your query, the available feature as of the moment for reminder or to trigger mail to user that he/she haven't read the messages or missed an activity is the Missed Activity Emails. This will not turn off the notification as you may set it to every once every 10 minutes, once every hour and once every 8 hours.

Hope this will help as an additional information the previous provided solution.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.
