hey guys 

Do any of you know how to set the notifications so I can see when an MS teams call is coming in
?

Hi RobynAbrahams,

Thanks for your post in our forum.

Based on my experience and tests, if you are using Teams desktop client, by default, you will receive a desktop notification for incoming call like below picture: 

While, if you are using the Teams web APP, you can see this call notification window only when you are on the Teams page. 

Given this situation and regarding your concerns, if you are using the Teams web app, I'd like to suggest that you can download the Teams desktop client from the link below and use your account in the desktop APP to receive desktop call notifications:
