missing icon on Teams mobile app

Teams mobile app doesnt have "meeting" icon. 

I am able to find the meeting icon om webapp.

Did I setup the policy wrongly?

Could you please let me know what mobile device and Operating systems version you have? This will help me to look at the specific information and fix available based on device.

Meanwhile, please tap on profile pic and scroll down to “Accounts & Orgs” section and make sure that you have connected to your school Organization tenant.
If you see multiple accounts linked to mobile Teams app, then try switching the account and see if that help.

i have 2 different school accounts.

Account for school  A able to see the "start a new meeting" icon beside the notification icon.

Account for school B doesnt has the "start a new meeting" icon.

 I has the Teams admin access and I am owner of the channel.

Thanks for your input.

To isolate the issue, please access the school-B Teams account on the web app.
1. Go to MS Teams web app https://teams.microsoft.com and use "Use the web app instead" option to open teams in a browser(preferred chrome or edge).
2. Enter your school-B login credentials and check the teams left nav

Are you experiencing a similar issue on Teams Web app from your computer? Also, do you join School-B as a guest user or internal Organization user?
If possible, share with me the screenshot to look further.

no issue for webapps. as you can see, there is the "meet" button. but this button disappear in my mobile app. 

in another school account, the "meet" button is there in my mobile app. 

*I login as internal org. user. 

account B without "meet" button

account A with "meet" button
