Microsoft Teams team - "no resutls"

Hello,

I was added to a Microsoft team today and received a notification via email that I was added. When I open teams (web app), the team does not show up. If I choose "Join or Create a Team" and type in the team name at the top right, I get "no results." How do I access this team?

To isolate the issue, please have them clear cache on teams app on their device.

Follow this steps:

1. Open Settings on your phone and select Storage.
2. Select Apps or Other apps on the following screen.
3. Scroll down and tap the Teams app.
4. Tap the Clear cache option.
