Error
on a specific user in Teams. When other accounts are being logged in with the same phone, it goes fine. We already installed the MS Teams app again but same error. Please help.
From your description, it seems that the issue just happens to a specific user. May I know if the user is using Teams (Office 365 for Business account) or Teams free (accounts of other types)?
Please let the user sign into Teams web version to check if he/she will get the error, since from the error message, it should be an account permission issue.
Scenario 1: The user is using Office 365 for Business account:
If the user still get the error in Teams web version, please contact your Office 365 admin (if you are not) to confirm if the Microsoft Teams is enabled for the user in Office 365 admin center (Users > Active users > click
the affect user > Edit Product licenses > expand active licenses).
Besides, for the organization the user wants to access, if it's the your Office 365 organization or others' org (who add the user as a guest)?
