Microsoft Teams Rooms - Camera not displaying

When creating a new meeting in Microsoft Teams Rooms, we get the error, "We couldn't start video, Your computer's pretty busy. close some apps and try again."

Our computer specs are as follows:

Dell Optiplex 3090 Micro BTX

i5-10500

16GB Ram

256 GB SSD

We are using a Logitech Meetup as the camera.

We are on Microsoft Teams Rooms App Version 4.12.126.0, and Windows Version 10.0.19042.1645

The camera will display in the preview in the settings of Teams rooms and will display in windows, however, will not display when in a teams rooms meeting.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
