Microsoft Teams Room App 4.5.35.0 - Display disconnect

Hi all,

Our teams room systems (logitech rally, tap, and intel nuc) have recently received the 4.5.35.0 update which appears to be causing our rooms to drop the display during a meeting. Content being shared will switch from the TV display to our meeting room control panel, in this case the logitech tap. Camera will also drop. The previous teams room app was regularly switching displays although the meetings were still largely functional. With 4.5.35.0 we typically need to end the meeting before the TV display is restored. On occasion completely restart the room system. The NUC is running W10 1909, previously 1903 which exhibited the same issues.

Does anyone have any work around suggestions?

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. I personally have no chance to check it but based on our search result, suggest you to change your network and make sure there is no firewall and antivirus blocking Teams Room App. Further try to change your camera device to check if is there any difference in behavior. Further if Microsoft Teams Rooms isn't running well, performing a factory reset might help you to resolve such issue. To do this, use the Microsoft Teams Room recovery tool and follow the factory restore instructions. (Note: There is a known issue where the Microsoft Teams Rooms can become unusable if the Keep my files - Removes Apps and settings, but keeps your personal files option is selected during the Windows Reset process. Do not use this option and take required backup.)
