Microsoft teams not working Windows 7 64 bit

I am unable open Microsoft teams on my windows 7 desktop,contentiously restarting after login and getting error "We run into issue",same repeating after logout and login.Even i tried to uninstall/install Microsoft teams desktop version.still same issue,can any body help to resolve this issue

I suggest to clear your Teams desktop app cache:
1. Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.
2. On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
3. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.
4. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
5. Restart Device > Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.

You may try connecting to a different network and make sure to disable any VPN/Firewall if enabled.

You may also try accessing your Teams account in the web app using Chrome or Edge browser as recommended browsers to access Microsoft Teams online.

tried different network(Airtel &jio),still same issue.

tried from web app not opening login page getting blank.

Upon checking, it seems that you cannot access Teams due to hardware requirements. Teams app requires Windows 10, Windows 10 on ARM, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016 so I would suggest updating your operating system for a better user experience.

its working earlier with my system Windows 7 32 bit,due to OS issue i was reinstalled windows 7 64 bit ,after that  microsoft teams not working.

As Teams apps updates, it also affects the supported device/requirement so I would suggest updating your OS.

Hi sailaxman,

I got the same issue, and apparently it's due to the 64bit version of Teams while my other office apps are still 32bit, try to use the 32bit version of Teams.
