Microsoft Teams and Blue Screen

I am an IT manager of a hotel.  The user has a Dell XPS laptop which bluescreens when using Microsoft Teams....I've updated the Drivers for the PC and can't find any issues otherwise.

How to Troubleshoot and solve this issue?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Teams? Also rebooting the device?

Is this the only app causing this? This is also happening with the Web version of Teams?

Try login to Microsoft Teams with Camera being disabled and see if problem persist?

What is the message in Blue Screen?

Does it happens in Microsoft Teams app and web access?

I've got the exact same (and very annoying) issue and I'm also using a Dell XPS-15 laptop. It only seems to happen during Teams video calls and the blue screen error is usually DPC_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.

My school uses Microsoft Teams for online classes. I don't use the actual application, I use the web app. In the SAME period, my computer had the DPC_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT bluescreen while I was taking class FIVE times. I have a $1,200 gaming computer with 1TB of space and the computer is roughly a year and a half old. I should not be having issues like this with my computer. Every now and then, it does crash, but it has gotten better about crashing. However, whenever I'm in an online class this thing crashes like crazy. I think this should definitely be worked on. I don't use my camera either.

I have the same question...actually i use an hp chromebook 14 g4 and after the latest update on it i am not able to get into any meeting link its so frustrating it looks like the picture below...before the latest update on my chromebook this blue screen appeared only for 5 seconds and then it let me join the meeting but now it does not change at all and also i am unable to make calls to anyone....please reply to this asap .....i use the web teams.
