MICROSOFT TEAM APP - SWITCH ORGANIZATION

Good morning,

I am having an issue with the Microsoft Teams App.

I've been a regular member in the organization "ALPHA" for a year. Today the admin from the organization "BRAVO" added me as a guest in BRAVO. 

In the WebApp I can only enter as a guest in the organization BRAVO (through a Web link) and switch to ALPHA. Once I enter in ALPHA I cannot go back to BRAVO.

Moreover, I cannot open organization BRAVO (the one where I am a guest) in the Microsoft Teams App.

Can anyone help me? Is that normal?

Thanks for reaching us in community.

You can click the drop down arrow next to your profile in Teams, then switch to different organizations.

If you cannot switch to the BRAVO org, may you share us a screenshot of the entire page?

I cannot see the dropdown menu in the Windows App at all.

I can see it in the Web App, but once I switch to ALPHA I cannot switch back to BRAVO.

Hi Felice Ciacciariello,

Sorry for a delay on your post.From your images you provided, it seemed like that you were added to Teams for education not too long, since you have no teams so far. This may be the reason for the issue. May I know whether you have been added to teams or not now? Can you switch orgs after you became members in ALPHA?

This is happening to thousands of users... We can switch Tenants in the Web app and Mobile app but there is no option on the Desktop app. Please tell us what the fix is. There is no drop down or toggle in the desktop app.

Well, I can switch between organisations in Windows app, but cannot do it in mobile Android app. I cannot reach organisation, where I am a guest.
