Meeting Notes-No Access

We have an employee who cannot access meeting notes in Teams on a recurring meeting. He is invited to the meeting, can view + participate in chat, but receives a no access notification when he tries to access the notes:

None of us have been able to grant access or figure out why he can't see them. Any thoughts?

Thank you for posting in our community.

 

Although the employee is within your organization, to access meeting notes, there are several other points need to take care:

 

1. Meeting notes are only available for the first 20 people who join the meeting.

2. Only people who are invited to a meeting before notes are created will have access to them.

If the issue persists, we suggest the employee try Teams web app to confirm whether his/her Teams client works well. Besides, we also need to figure out does this phenomenon only occurs to this recurring meeting, or all meetings the employee joining.
