Meeting is full | Not able to Connect

I have 3 questions, kindly assist on the below queries :-

  • On what circumstances do we get message on the screen as "Meeting is full, not able to connect"
  • How many invitees can join at a time.
  • How many Video call can be activated at a time.

I am an independent advisor and a Microsoft Teams user like you, and I would be happy to help you out with this.

You may receive a full message when the limit is reached. Depending on what kind of meeting, there is a different limit.

For Meetings and calls, there is a maximum limit of 250 people in one meeting.

However, if you do a Teams live event, you could have a maximum of 10,000 attendees.

Teams will show the most recent 4 speakers in a video call, however Microsoft is working on increasing the number of participants shown.
