Please i need your help on this issue.
Live events option is not available in teams. The user has education A3 license, live event is enabled in teams' policies and the user are assigned to this policy.
We followed the steps in this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/set-up-for-teams-live-events
The only option we in teams are 'meeting' and 'webinar'. How can we get the live event option in teams?
The last time this account was used for a teams live event was about 4 months ago. There is only one user in our school is allowed to do a live event. The user account has a A3 license, the A1 license is turned off.
“They been assigned A3 license at the teams admin” I think you mean the office365 admin center?
