why can't i put large gallery mode on

Hello LilySteven,

Thanks for posting here, I’m very willing to help you.

 

I would like to know have you turn on the new meeting experience(settings->General, select turn on new meeting experience->restart).

If you cannot see this checkbox, please check your Teams update (click your profile->check for update).

 

When you start a meeting, click More options(…) in the meeting controls->Large gallery.

Note:This view is available when there are 10 or more attendees who are sharing video.       

Any update will be appreciated.
