Invite a group or a "team" to a meeting

Is it possible to invite at a hole team to a Meeting With one click?

I know have to invite several praticipants by writing each name, but miss the option of clicking one a team-name and invite all at once.

Hello Telatin,

When scheduling a meeting, you can select the entire channel so that the meeting will be sent to the team. Please see the screenshot below:

Rick

Hi Rick,

Users won't receive an email invitation if they are not explicitly added as "attendees" though, will they?

Thanks,
Josh

In my experience, no.

Sending an invite from Outlook solves that problem, but then you can't assign a channel.

Fix it, please, Microsoft!

Hello,

Months ago, all the members of the team received notification and schedule the meeting with only specify the channel without taking into consideration the participants explicitly required, now, only the participants explicitly invited receive notification and schedule.   I tried to invite through the "@name team", and "works" partially to me, because they receive mail and schedule, BUT Only my "Class Type TEAMS names" are finds, and I was able to invite them,  BUT No my PCL Type Teams.

I hope that helps you!

Any idea about why not all the names teams are available?

Regards,

Lucila
